Your health matters to us

Pilates will transform your body in 6 weeks. You will have increased strength in just 1 hour a week, in 2 hours a week you will notice those changes in everything you do.

Pilates is gymnastics based exercise. Exercise reduces inflammation and pain, and boosts your mood.

Exercise plays a vital role in building strength, resilience, and is recommended by the Australian government for every age and stage of life, including chronic pain, injury rehabilitation, ante-natal, post-natal, gerontology, oncology, osteoporosis, neurological, mental health issues, inflammatory and autoimmune conditions.

Our Prices:

  • Casual class: $38

  • New client special:

    5 classes in 2 weeks $140

  • 10 Classes: $320 - 12 month expiry

  • 10 classes in 8 weeks $300

Memberships: Autopay every 2 weeks

  • 1class/week $32 = $64

  • 2 classes/week $60 = $120

  • 3 classes/week $84 = $168

Timetable

Get Moving: regular small group classes : minimum of 2, maximum of 7 clients per class.

Mondays: 8am; 9.15am; 4pm; 5.15pm

Tuesdays: 6.45am; 8am; 9.15am

Wednesdays: 4pm; 5.15pm

Thursdays: 8am; 9.15am

Fridays: 6.45am; 8am; 9.15am; 3pm

Saturdays: 8am; 9.15am

Stronger Moves/Clinical classes: minimum of 2, maximum of 4 clients per class.

Mondays: 10.30am

Tuesdays: 10.30am; 3.45pm

Wednesdays: 8am

Thursdays: 10.30am

Fridays: 10.30am

Cardio Moves: HIIT classes: minimum of 2, maximum of 7 clients per class.

Thursdays: 4pm
